Looking for a flatmate to take my double room in a 3 bedroom flat with a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as a shared bathroom and reception area.

The room is very bright with sunligh and includes 2 wardrobes, and a drawer, a desk and a double bed. lots of storage spaces.

5 minutes walk to both euston station and kings cross station.

10 minutes walk to ucl student center, so the location is ideal for students going to soas, Brickbeck, CSM, and UCL with in 10-15 minutes walking proximity.

As its a 1 minute walk away from the birith library, would be ideal for students who prefers to study in the library.

Bills about 50-70 pounds per months
Rent payment is done every 6 months(6 months paid at once) to the agency and bank transfer only.

50 pounds of agency fee may be applied
