A lovely double in a 3 bed next to regents park

We're 2 young professionals working/studying architecture, Charley (27F) and Alex (24F) and looking for a third housemate to move into our wonderful 3 bed, 1 bath flat just next to Regents Park, Primrose Hill and a 5 min walk from Camden tube.
We like to keep active and get outside for walks or runs, but also enjoy a pub night. We're pretty relaxed and like to keep our space calm and clean, so we hope you'd do the same. We like a movie night and a pastry/coffee run on the weekends and we try to stay creative. We're quite a social flat and sometimes have people over, or will cook and chill together in the evenings.
The flat is an amazing location down a quiet road, whilst so close to shops and some brilliant pubs, as well as an amazing view from Primrose Hill just a 10 minute walk away.
The room itself is a double and comes fully furnished with bed, drawers and wardrobe.
The living room is unfurnished, and our current housemate will be taking some furniture with them so if you have a sofa or coffee table, it’s welcomed!
The flat is a first and second floor maisonette and has a separate living and kitchen space on 1 floor and the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor, the bathroom has a heated towel rail and the flat gets plenty of natural light.
Council tax is band F and bills are not included (Approx another £150-200).
Our contract ends in August 2026, with a break clause in February 2026.
