Heya! I work in tech. I like keeping active, so always down for gym/walks/pilates/climbing. Also, I love trying out new cafes and food markets.

I am easygoing and love making new friends, but also love to keep my home very quiet/peaceful. I will definitely not be throwing any parties, or keeping you up with late night guests.

I won’t wfh much, but happy for you to wfh as much as you need!

I work in London but I travel frequently, so you will regularly have the house to yourself for weeks on end.

I also need my beauty sleep so no parties/late night guests please.

⚠️ Note
This room is ideal for someone who is okay with moving out in July/August 2025.

The management company are planning heating system upgrades to the house sometime in the next year (likely spring/summer) but the dates have not been announced yet.
I will let you know as soon as possible so that we can both plan how to move forward.

I will make sure that there is no disruption to the services when you are here and will give you plenty of notice (at least 3+ months, but longer if possible) so you are not stressed looking for your next place.
