Huge bright room <10min walk from Kings Cross!

This room is amazing- I've been here for two years and loved it! The location is unbeatable- 10 mins walk to King's Cross, less than 5 minutes to Mornington crescent station. Camden High Street is just down the road but the flat is super quiet. It has a lovely peaceful vibe 😊☀️. The room itself is huge with a little sofa, loads of storage space, and nice desk with a leafy view. The other flatmates will be two female students.

Bills are not included and come to about 50£ if you are a student. If you are a professional you would have to be okay with covering the ~£110 council tax additional to this (Council Tax Band C) The move in date has some flexibility but within September.

The flat is super close to lots of shops and restaurants, with a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, and M&S all within 10 minutes walking distance.- but it is on the third and top floor of a big block of flats so peaceful! The neighbours are also all lovely.
It's a really great location for London Uni students too- it takes only 10-12 minutes to cycle to LSE and probably about 6-8 minutes to UCL/Birkbeck.

The landlord is great, and kitchen/bathroom recently renovated. The contract runs for a year from 1 Oct but you can leave earlier for a very small fee and finding someone to take over for you.
