Huge bright room <10min walk from Kings Cross

I am sadly leaving this flat after two wonderful years here, since my PhD is coming to an end :( I've really loved this room! The location is unbeatable- 10 mins walk to King's Cross, less than 5 minutes to Mornington crescent station. Camden High Street is just down the road but the flat is super quiet and has a lovely peaceful, sunny vibe 😊☀️ (lots of East facing windows). Regents park is a short walk away for running and pretty walks. The room itself is huge with a mini sofa, loads of storage space, and nice desk with a leafy view, which is great if you work from home at all. The other flatmates are super ☀️- two lovely and friendly female students who are just the best.😊 The location makes this a great spot for students (5/6 min cycle to UCL, 12 mins to LSE/Kings). And also a super spot to explore London from (and the rest of the UK/Europe- Eurostar!) since you can get anywhere easily from Kings cross ✨

You'd be living with two wonderful female students studying a biology PhD and a social science MSc, so we are looking for another girl for the flat! Since everyone is a student, there is no council tax (professionals are also welcome but you would have to cover the council tax yourself). The remaining bills are aprox £25 for water and £10-20 for electricity depending on the time of year. Another great feature is that the contract is flexible- it officially runs until 31st Sept but you can leave at any time subject to finding a replacement for yourself (never an issue in London) and a small contract change fee.

The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated this summer so are very spacious and modern! The heating works super well and is easy to adjust- the flat gets warm within 5 mins when the heating is turned on 😊
Other flat perks include being super close to lots of shops and restaurants, with a big Sainsbury's, Aldi, and M&S all within 10 minutes walking distance.- but it is on the top floor of a big block of flats so super peaceful and no noise from above/neighbours! The other residents of the block are also all lovely! It's a residential block with some families and professionals.

We are looking to do viewings soon after the 4th of January when my flatmates are back from vacation (dates yet tbc).
