I'm buying a property of my own and intend to move out of this double bedroom in a 3-bed flat.

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, from Jan 20th to August 31st., 2025 with the possibility of an extension. The start date is flexible until March 1st, but the end date is August 31st with possible lease extensions.

All bills, council tax, broadband, etc. included. Rent at £1040/month is the only thing you pay. The security deposit is £1200. The rent is low for a flat in Central London and with large shared living spaces.

Physical viewings are only possible before Dec 23rd, 2024 and after January 18th, 2025 as I will be travelling during the holiday season.

You will be living with 2 other guys (German and English) in their mid 20s doing their Master's degrees at LSE and UCL respectively.
