The room is approximately 12 square meters in size. The property features separate bathroom and washroom facilities ensuring a convenient wet and dry separation. The kitchen is well-equipped and cozy, featuring a variety of appliances such as a microwave, electric pressure cooker, rice cooker, air fryer, Whirlpool washing machine, oven, toaster, and more.
The accommodation also includes a large wardrobe, bookshelves, a desk, multi-drawer storage cabinets, and a professional office chair.
Strategically located in the heart of the city next to Euston (NW1), within a few minutes' walk there are six subway stations (Euston, Euston Square, Mornington Crescent, Warren Street, Great Portland, Regent's Park). An NHS clinic is directly opposite the residence, and it's just a short walk to University College London Hospital. Supermarkets like Sainsbury's are within walking distance, and Waitrose and Marks & Spencer are also very close by. There are numerous restaurants nearby, including Korean and Thai supermarkets that stock a wide range of Chinese food items.
Reasonable price: £320 per week for a double room, which includes water, electricity, gas, internet, council tax, and all community service fees.
The flat consists of four bedrooms in total, with one double room (suitable for a single occupant) currently available for immediate move-in. We are looking for suitable housemates. Additionally, there is a small single room available from December 18th. Currently, three doctoral scholars who are long-term residents studying and working at UCL and nearby research institutes have already moved in.
