Description
2B1B, Pet-friendly. Subletting a second bedroom with a garden view balcony.
Only 8 minutes walk to CSM (Central Saint Martins), 15 minutes to Kings Cross, and 25 minutes to UCL. There are bus stops for routes 390 and 274 right outside, making it very accessible.
The living room (P1-P5) is spacious, with large windows facing both south and north, ensuring great ventilation. The room is very bright with even a little bit of natural light. As we all know, light is very important in the UK. The large windows and the garden view complement each other perfectly. It’s especially beautiful in spring, summer, and autumn, and the ceiling height is also very high.
P9 is a neighbor’s little cat sunbathing, often greeting you on the balcony. It’s super cute! I often sunbathe on the balcony and watch the cat have breakfast.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and four settings for easy cooking. All dishes, kitchenware, and cleaning supplies are included – everything you need, and more. No need to deal with second-hand items. The apartment includes an oven, microwave, kettle, range hood, juicer, blender, etc., plus two fridges and full furniture. The room comes with two wardrobes, two nightstands, and a double bed. The landlord has left behind Dyson vacuum cleaners, an iron, a clothes rack, etc., for long-term stays. You can just move in with your luggage.
Your roommate is a working female, almost never at home.
Postcode: NW1 9TY. There are three parks nearby, ideal for dog walking. The area is safe, and I feel comfortable walking around even at night without any concerns about weird people.
This Victorian-style house is my first place in London. It’s very well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing – even if there’s a party in the living room, you won’t hear a thing. I hope you can enjoy and appreciate this warm and cozy home.
Due to work reasons, I have to move. Rent is £325 per week, bills are split (on average, around £60/month if you don’t use heating it will be lower). No short-term lease. You can renew the lease from April to September. Official contract sublet.
