Looking for a Friendly and Tidy Flatmate in May

I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm moving abroad.

We’re looking for someone to move in around May (ideally on the 12th—earlier or later can be discussed). Our current contract ends on 29th September 2025, and we are going to extend it.

Rent:
- Rent: £894 per month (excluding bills)
- Bills: Typically less than £50 per month (each)

The bedroom is approximately 2.1 m x 3.6 m and comes furnished with a working desk and chair, a bed, and a wardrobe. The flat comprises three bedrooms on the second floor, and you will be sharing the space with two PhD researchers. A full bathroom is on the second floor, with an additional toilet on the first floor. The flat also includes a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, air fryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer, and dishwasher, as well as a spacious living room (as shown in the photos).

About Your Flatmates:
Both flatmates are in their early 30s and work as researchers in engineering and social science. We enjoy cooking and occasionally sharing meals—if you like dining together, that’s a bonus. At the same time, we respect each other’s need for personal space and downtime. In the evenings and on weekends, we often relax in the living room, watching Netflix and enjoying a drink or two.
