1 Large Room in a 4 bed Victorian Home

Sadly one of our housemates is leaving for new adventures, hence why we have a room becoming available June 1st, in our beautiful home.

The room is very spacious, with high ceiling, beautiful features (wooden floorboards, alcoves & not in use fireplace), also east facing. It comes with bed and chest of drawers. Price: £1060 pm

The house is located in Camden, on a great spot with good transport connections from Camden Road, Kings Cross and Kentish Town—all within 15-20 mins walking distance.

We are all working professionals, in our late twenties - early thirties. We’ve made this place our home and looking for someone who will like to enhance the current atmosphere. We enjoy spending time together, but have busy social and professional schedules of our own, as well.

The house is generally really quiet, with occasional friends dinners and hangouts. But not very much a party house (sorry!).

We have a beautiful garden that is so lovely to enjoy or do a bbq when the weather is nice. Hampstead Heath is also a thirty mins walk away.

Kindly note that one of the housemates has a dog, a very friendly cross spaniel who loves everyone, but worth mentioning.

The house has four bedrooms. There is ample storage as we have access to the attic too. There is one WC & one large bathroom (including a bathtub & a shower). A very specious living area and a cozy yet functional kitchen with a lovely west facing window onto the garden.

We have a good relationship with our landlords and all communication is direct, no agency involved.

We are looking for a lovely person who will align with our pace and enjoy living in this gorgeous place.

Please note that contract terms are 12 months from June 1st.

Bills are excluded and come to about £200-230 pm, including a professional cleaning service of the communal areas weekly (and rooms biweekly).

We will be doing viewings from April 28th to May 1st, after work hours.
