My flatmate and I have a cosy double room available in our gorgeous 3 bed flatshare in Camden. We’d be looking for someone to renew the lease with us from 23rd September 2025 until 22nd September 2026! It’s available to move in from now until 22nd Sept, we’re flexible✨
About us:
Erin (26) is a final year PhD student at UCL, originally from the US but she moved to the UK 8 years ago. 🎓
I’m Sabrina (27), I work in TV production, and I’m from South London. In my spare time, I’m learning salsa, ballet, French and BSL 🌷 I love all things arts and culture, and obviously watch a lot of TV for my job!
We’re both very friendly, clean girls who really like this flat, so we’d be looking for a non-smoking girl similar in age who’s willing to look after our home as their own. We’re both respectful of each other’s space, but we like to hang out when our schedules allow.
The selling points:
1. It’s very well-connected: walking distance to Camden Town, Mornington Crescent, King’s Cross, and Euston tube stations. Also close to the Overground and lots of bus stops 🚎
2. There’s a big modern bathroom (with excellent water pressure in the shower, in my opinion), an extra toilet downstairs, a stunning living room with lots of light and a small balcony.
3. Your room is east-facing like the living room, so you’ll get lots of light.
4. It’s walking distance to Regent’s Park, which I consider to be an oasis of calm in this busy city! I have picnics there every summer too ☀️
5. You’ll have kind, friendly, clean flatmates who are easy to get along with 🤗
The room comes with a double bed, double mattress, double duvet and two pillows. It has a desk, a large wardrobe with 2 drawers, and there are extra drawers under the bed too that can store a lot. We also have additional storage space in the flat.
The rent is £950/month (non-negotiable I’m afraid) and bills are usually around £150/month. Students are welcome, as long as they’re willing to share the cost of the council tax, which is included in the rough £150/month figure. The deposit is 5 weeks rent, so about £1187.50 (Spare Room won’t allow me to input this for some reason!)
