Double Room in Marylebone, NW1

Hi there, we are looking for a sixth flatmate to come and join our friendly group and take this double room asap, as unfortunately the previous tenant had to drop out.

The property is a six-bed apartment right next to Edgware Road tube station and a short walk from Paddington, Marylebone and Baker Street. The area is lovely and the building is well-maintained - it's a large mansion complex that has weekly communal cleaning.

Gas and electricity are included in the rent, and it comes with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher too.

About the other tenants - we are all young professionals aged 22-25 who met on Spareroom who have all recently graduated and who are starting/have started new jobs in the City. We are looking for someone who is friendly and happy to socialise - but at the same time we are all working full-time so we definitely value our downtime too!

Also as a side note the landlord has advised that to be eligible to live here you either have to earn at least £31k or have a UK guarantor if it's less than that :)
