Single Room for rent ✨£800 + bills & £50 name change, super central just behind Regents Place. Available from the 3rd Nov, but you can move in stuff over the weekend prior. 5 min walk to Warren street, Euston, Euston square, Great Portland Street, Marylebone and Regents Park 🌳off the top of Tottenham court road, 15 min walk to Oxford Street 🛍️. It doesn’t get better location wise! (You basically have access to all underground lines🚇). Best part: it’s in a quiet road so even though its so central, the noise is near inexistent🧘🏻‍♀️The flat has recently been refurbished, you’d be sharing with 2 lovely girls in their mid-late twenties working in finance and fashion. The girls are super friendly, clean and respectful, so sad to be leaving (only because I’m moving out the country). The landlord is lovely and super helpful. As the room is smaller than the others, you get a massive wardrobe downstairs and extra storage room in the living room/under the stairs. Theres also storage room under and behind the bed. We have a very decent sized kitchen, living room, bath/bathroom separate from the toilet, over 2 floors (all rooms are upstairs and its the top floor flat).

The ideal flatmate would be:

- ⁠not work from home full time/not a student
- 23 years old and over
- Happy with a small room as a trade off to great price and location x
