I’ll be going back to China for fieldwork in January, so I’m subletting my Beaumont Court room — it’s one of the most popular UCL halls and currently sold out on the official website!

• The sublet is available to any student (UCL or another university).
• Move-in date is flexible, we can discuss what suits you best.

• Single ensuite type — private shower and toilet.
• Located at the quiet end of the corridor, next to only one neighbour — perfect if you don’t want to worry about noisy parties!
• Shared spacious kitchen (4 people) — all my flatmates are quiet and tidy female students.
• Rent: £359 per week, all bills included (heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi).
→ This is great in winter — you can use the heating freely without worrying about extra costs!

• 25-minute walk to UCL main campus.
• 15-minute walk to King’s Cross Station.
→ Super convenient and saves you a lot on transport costs — London transport is expensive!

📝 About the Process:
• Everything will go through UCL’s official sublet procedure, 100% safe and legitimate.
• I’m currently in London and can contact UCL Accommodation directly to speed up the process, so everything will be ready before you arrive.
• I’ve done an official sublet before, so I know exactly how it works.
