Large Double Room with Balcony in Camden/King’s X

Hi everyone, due to me moving out with my boyfriend next month, my lovely housemates are looking for a replacement to take over my room which will be available from 1st of March (potentially flexible and could be mid - end of Feb) If this suits your timeframe check out the information below 🩵

Details:

4 bedroom house in Camden (top two stories of a town house.)

Very central location, 5 minute walk to Camden Overground, 10 minute walk to Camden Town Station, 10 minute walk to Caledonian Road Station, 15 minute walk to Kings Cross. We have two bus stops across from the house that go to Euston, Victoria, Baker Street etc.

The room: Very large double room with a small balcony that overlooks the sunset every night! (Comes furnished including bed frame, mattress, double wardrobe, chest ofdrawers, desk and desk chair, coat rack)

The house has two toilets, a large cosy living room, and a large kitchen with lots of storage and a washer/dryer.

Rent:
The rent is £1145 (a steal for such a large room in central London!)
Gas & electric is about £20/£40 a month depending on the season (we pay top up so it keeps it pretty cheap)
WiFi is £7.50
Council tax is around £70 a month (some months it can be a bit more or a bit less.)

Access:
There are 8 steps to get up to the house and another 8 steps once you’re in the house to get to the bottom floor.
Bedroom is on the top floor up a flight of stairs with 8 steps.

About the housemates:
They are two girls (one is also moving out next month so you’ll be joining with 1 other girl) one aged 29, one aged 28 working in marketing and environmental conservation. We enjoy doing things together like going to the pub, having dinner, and gossiping about the day.

Who we are looking for:
We are POC/ Queer friendly and looking for someone who is female identifying to join our lovely house! Ideally a working professional like ourselves aged 25-35
