Double room for rent beside regents park!

I’m looking for someone to take over my gorgeous room in NW1 London from February 10th. The apartment is shared with 2 amazing girls (both in their mid-late 20’s and work full time in finance & tech). I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, peaceful and values coming home to a calm environment after work. The flat has a really nice and fully stocked kitchen, large living/dining room with tons of natural light. There is 1 bathroom that is shared, but has a good amount of storage (as 3 girls we’ve never needed more), and a separate toilet right beside that is extremely convenient. The neighborhood is very quiet, especially as the room does not face a main road and has gorgeous natural light and faces the sunsets in the afternoon/evening, which is such a treat! Also a note is the house stays a good temperature in the winter and is well insulated and keeps rather cooler that expected in the summer, it’s never really been very uncomfortable for me. The location is honestly unbeatable, 5 min walk to regents park and less then a 10min walk to Warren Street & Great Portland Street stations with lots of bus routes on the way. Also around a 10min walk to euston station, 20min walk to St Pancreas, which has proven to make life easier for traveling.

The room is £1050 (£1250 deposit required, which includes a £50 admin fee) + bills, which are usually between £100-150/month including council tax.
I’m sad to leave this flat, but hope someone can take it over and love it as much as I did. The flat is avaliable for move in from the 9th of February!
