Hey girls!
Our housemate is moving out of our gorgeous home, so we’re looking for a fab girl to replace her!
This is a 5 bed house, in a private mews, with a communal open plan kitchen/lounge and a paved garden. The room is a double with en-suite and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (if needed).
You’ll be sharing with 4 professional girls aged between 30 and 34. We all met through SpareRoom, but are all now great friends! We tend to work between 2 and 5 days in the office (with the rest of time working from home). We have fairly busy personal lives, but also love spending time socialising together in or out the house, and get along with each other’s friends.
We’re looking for another girl who is clean, friendly, sociable, and up for wanting to join in on the social plans that are floating around, but also happy to enjoy their own time. We’re looking for someone who loves the house just as much as we do, but also very relaxed!
The rent is £1,140pm, inclusive of bills. We’ll soon be signing onto a new 1 year fixed tenancy, and would love a housemate looking for a long term home!

The room is available somewhen between mid Feb - early March (which is tbc due to our housemate waiting to complete on a property). This would therefore be an ideal fit for somebody who is slightly flexible on start date.
