NW1 single room leasing for summer 2026

Hi! I’m Icy. I currently got a single room in an all-girl private student accommodation in NW1. 245 pound per week, no deposits or other bills or taxes. I’m moving out in mid-late June. shared bathroom, toilet and kitchen, but cleaned by onsite staffs daily (very clean and never have to wait).

Walking distance to UCL campus. Many supermarkets nearby (high street and Tottenham Court Road) very close! Close to Euston and King’s Cross stations. Next to Regent’s Park. Safe residential neighbourhood.

Current contract is to early September but the contract can be directly transfer to you
And you may extend the contract for the coming year in the same accommodation with the dorm.

I can leave all my stuff (bathroom, bedroom, kitchen) to you if you would like to take them!
