A lovely single room in a basement flat in central London. All bills are included, including internet. The room has french windows opening out to access to a small garden / patio. It is in the basement of a quiet family house. It shares front door access with the rest of the house but is otherwise separate and private. The flat is shared with an existing tenant who is a young professional and has been with us for a while. A cat also lives in the house who is very curious and friendly so it would not be appropriate for anyone allergic I’m afraid.

The flat contains a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A bathroom with bath and shower. The bedroom has a single bed, a desk, chairs and storage space. There is no living room. The house is no smoking.

Located in central London with excellent transport links. Less than 5 mins walk to Euston station, Euston Square tube, Warren Street tube and numerous bus links. 10-15 mins walk to Kings Cross St Pancras. A short walk from Regent’s Park, Camden Town, Bloomsbury, Soho and Oxford Street. A very short walk to University College London. It is round the corner from Drummond Street which is a bustling local high street famous for it’s curry houses and Indian food shops.

The initial rental would be for a 3 month contract with the possibility of a rolling contract afterwards. It is ideal for Masters or PHD students due to the close proximity to the university. Young professionals are also welcome. It is less suited for undergraduates but are welcome to apply. Also suitable for short stays to bridge gaps. It is a friendly and quiet atmosphere in the house so anyone who that appeals to is very welcome to apply.
