Lovely bright room in shared house in Kentish Town

Our lovely housemate has gone on a very long holiday, and it would be a shame for such a nice room to go empty.

The house is perfect for someone who has just moved to London and needs a base while they find something more permanent, or for someone between houses.

The location is excellent, 2 mins walk from Kentish Town West, 10 mins walk from Kentish Town or Chalk Farm stations on the northern line, and very close to amenities in either Kentish Town, Chalk Farm or Camden Town.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes and a desk. The house has a lovely big kitchen, a shared lounge and a very nice little garden.

All mod-cons including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Shared bathroom and separate toilet.

All bills included, including fibre-optic wifi.

Current housemates are all professional males in 30s, very friendly and easy to get on with. One works in the arts (digital), one is a psychologist, one is an architect and one is a charity fundraiser.

No preferences on new temporary housemate, just be clean and friendly :) (we're not super clean freaks by the way!)
