Friendly clean Spacious house with a garden (great for the penguins right now but summer is here enjoy it have a BBQ or two) or just chill out with a drink and a book after a long day.
Pets may be considered.
1. Each room has a concealed basin/kitchenette, letting you brush your teeth put your make up on etc. without anybody knocking on the door telling you to hurry up as they have to ….. therefore, putting a lots less drain on the bathroom which is good for all.
2. Each room has a built-in wardrobe, under the bed storage, on top of the wardrobe storage, a desk and drawers, coat hooks, large mirror, blackout curtains so you can sleep in.
3. A fully appointed kitchen with a Large Fridge and Large freezer sizes
4. Large quite private Garden
5. It is a quite area e. g. little to no street noise
6. Friendly street
7. Close to a bus terminal with many buses
8. Night Buses
9. Two train stations; Harlesden is a 7-minute walk, Zone 3. North Acton is a 10-minute, walk Zone 2.
10. Close to Supermarkets, Asda is a 6-minute walk, Tesco and Sainsbury's 9-minute walk.
11. Local pubs one with a garden bar on the riverside
12. Clean, Friendly, respectful housemates.

24. There is very good sound insulation in all walls to prevent sound travel and disturbances between the tenants as they get on with their daily lives.
Bills included (Gas, Electricity, Council tax, water, TV license, wifi) I’m a private landlord who does care for his properties and many of my tenants stay long-term e. g. 3 or 4 years and longer. Where to place you will be living becomes a home, not just a place to sleep.
The existing tenants are all mature, respectful, clean and very sociable working professional. The house is more a home than just a group of rooms and we are looking for similarly minded tenants to take the vacant rooms. It is not a party house with people sleeping on the sofa etc.
