About the Area
The house is a terraced property situated in a quiet residential street, only a short walk from the Jubilee line (Dollis Hill and Willesden Green stations). The Jubilee Line connects to central London (15 minutes to Bond Street), there are also bus services from Willesden Green High Street. This attractive neighbourhood is well serviced by supermarkets, (Sainsbury's, Co-Op), pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. Also, there is the lovely Gladstone Park, a short walk away, which is lovely in the summer. There are also numerous sports facilities in and around the park.

About the house
The ground floor of the house consists of a large living and dining room, a good-sized well-equipped kitchen with lots of storage, fridges, and a washing machine. In the house, there are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, which are split between the 4 flatmates. Each bathroom has a bath and a shower. The house is well-insulated, and all the windows are double-glazed. There is a lovely private garden with plenty of space and an outdoor gas BBQ, which is perfect for summer. There is a shared driveway for parking, and there is a garage that is used for storage.

Room One
The first room is a large double bedroom, located on the first floor. It has a double window that faces the garden allowing lots of natural light in. This bedroom is very spacious and has a built-in wardrobe and a double bed so there are plenty of options for utilising the space. Unfortunately,

Room Two
The second room is also located on the first floor and has windows overlooking the driveway and our garden (north and south facing). This allows for lots of natural light and, during the summer, plenty of airflow! This bedroom is smaller than room one however, it is still a great size The room has a double bed, shelves, and a cupboard, but there is still plenty of space for your furniture”.

Bills are not included in the rent but currently come to approximately £140 per person per month. This covers all the usual things such as Council tax, broadband, power, gas, etc.

The Flatmates
We are two professionals, one male, and one male/female couple, and we are preferably seeking other like-minded professionals to share the house with. We use the lounge, our rooms, or the pub in the evenings. We are not a party household and respect each other’s privacy. If you want to spend time in your own room, away from it, that’s fine too. We are looking for people who are friendly, responsible, and willing to join the team as we trust each other in the house. We have a cleaning rota, for the common areas, which you will be responsible for once a month.
