Double room available in East Acton

We have a double room available in our current house share from early December. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. The desk and chair seen in the pictures are available for purchase from the leaving tenant.

The house has a big living room with lots of storage, a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower, downstairs toilet and a large kitchen/dining room which is currently used as a WFH space. There is a paved garden which is often used for BBQs in the summer and on street parking is available.



We are a queer friendly household with a black cat and a border collie so we are looking for someone comfortable with pets.



The monthly rent is £985 which includes all bills.

Couples are welcome, but the rent will be adjusted to £750 per person.

The current housemates are Steph, from Czech and Mikayla, from New Zealand. We love reading and watching terrible tv shows together. We’re quite a social household, we love to spend time together in the living room, either watching tv or doing puzzles or tasting Steph’s weekly bake off bakes. However, we also know when to give each other space. We both work from home, Steph works in student recruitment and Mikayla works for an education charity. Layla is our 15 month old Welsh collie who loves meeting new people and going to the pub and Medusa is our nearly 4 year old black cat who, unfortunately, will judge you.
