Cozy simple room in vegetarian household

Hi, we are looking for a roommate in a fully furnished room, all is new and clean, bed and mattress are bought less than 5 months ago and comfortable. The room is small though so would really fit somebody professional. The kitchen area and living room are spacious, which we mostly use weekends to cook, and some evenings. There is a big garden and summer time is really nice. The garden shed is tidy and there is always a place for some extra stuff.
You would be sharing a house with me, a girl working from 8-17 week days, and two proffesionals, guys who have busy schedule. We get along well and have open communication but respect others boundaries. The house has all the amenities, washing machine, dish washer, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, and all the small bits and pieces. The only really most important thing for us is that you don't smoke, that you are vegetarian in the house, what you do outside is your stuff, zero tolerance to drugs.
House is in Ealing, it's a very peaceful and safe residential area.
It's close to Hanger lane tube station on the central line, 7min walk.
Piccadilly line, Park Royal, 10 min walk. 30 min to Oxford street.
Bus stations- 3 min to a line 112 & 226 to Ealing Broadway, 483 to Wembley in 7 min.
Supermarkets around: ASDA, Sainsburys and other stores like Wickes, Curry's and PC World in walking distance, IKEA is close and a big Tesco.

We don't care if you're a boy or a girl, we are a mixed age and we do get along, we just want someone respectful and tidy, who cleans after himself and doesn't cook spicy food on a regular occasions from 10 PM to 4PM.
The viewings have to be evenings, not before 6 PM, work days or weekends most of the time. Please, minimum stay of 2 months and deposit is one rent.
