We're advertising on behalf of the current flatmate, a male young professional who's looking for a quiet and very clean flatmate. Your contract will be directly with them, as they have permission from the landlord to sublet the flat.

Please note there's currently construction works going on weekdays 8am-4:30pm until December, so there's scaffolding around the building. If you work from the office, this won't affect you.
