The room its self is the ground floor front room and has wooden floors and a working Victorian fire place (that runs on gas, so keep that in mind 🤣).

Located in an up and coming West London hotspot! 15 minutes to Portobello Road on the tube 5 mins to Westfield with Leisure centre literally next door with a gym and swimming pool.

Max 10 minute walk from shops with pretty much everything you'd need (Lidl /iceland /costa /Post Office etc). In a great quiet neighbourhood but a short walk to a wonderful wild walk.

Well connected also to busses - 2- 5 min walk from wells house road to one of the bus stops, a 10 minute walk to another one and the same in a different direction.

750-850 with bills included, the bills are set except the gas and electric which is pay as you go. That’s why the amount maybe different from month to month.
Large shared living room, kitchen and unity (+ washer and dryer) and bathroom, there is also a lot of space for storage.

There is me and another tenant within the house, I am 28 I work in film and tv, acting costuming and other art related work. Jason (the other house mate) is a UAX designer/ musician we are super nice and super chill, and we tend to spend a lot of our time working in our rooms or out of the house.
