Comfortable double room in cozy house with garden

This room is spacious with plenty of natural light.🌟 Moreover, it comes with blackout shades and the neighborhood is very quiet at night, so very comfortable to sleep in. It is also furnished with a closet, a desk, a bed, a chest of drawers and even a laundry hamper and colorful carpet.

The apartment has two bathrooms and has many amenities, including microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also has a small private garden in the back that gives a view on greenery and it is perfect to eat outside when the weather is nice🪴. The landlord is very responsive and always ready to help. The roommates are very friendly, and we sometimes have dinner together.🍽️ We always respect each others' space and clean up after ourselves. Also, you will only share the bathroom with one of the two other roommates

The neighborhood is safe and very calm, just 2 minutes walking from Dollis Hill station Ⓜ️ (Jubilee line), which I take every day and gets me to Bond Street in 20 minutes. It is also one of the lines with the fewest train strikes.
