Double Bedroom available from mid-August in a two-bedroom flat. The room will be unfurnished but possibility to buy furniture. It's a good size double Bedroom that currently has a king size bed, shelfs and mirror without any issues. Room also has a large built-in wardrobe.

The room has its own bathroom with a bathtub, not ensuite but next door to the bedroom and will only be for your own use as the loft room has an ensuite.

Shared living room with sofa bed, tv and space for desk if needed. Kitchen is shared as well with all you need including kettle, airfryer and toaster.

There is also a small balcony of the kitchen.

The flat is roughly a 6-7 min walk from Dollis Hill tube station, zone 3 on the jubilee line which takes about 15 min to go to bond Street and is also a night tube on the weekends. With a bus garage on the area there is also plenty of buses going to central London, westfields and wembley for example.

Rent is £950/month and with bills it comes to just under £1100/month. Contract is currently till April 2025 but will be possibility to extend.

The flat will be shared with myself, a 35 year professional who's been living in the flat for roughly 2.5 years. I work in the office 3-4 days in the week and tend to have a mixture of having a chill weekend at home to being out doing things. Been living in houseshares for about 15 years now and would love to have someone who enjoy doing things together but also have an understanding that sometimes you just need alone time.
