You will have your own independent kitchen and bathroom which will not be shared with anyone. Street parking is available with a permit (around £140 per year). The tenant(s) are welcome to use the back garden of the house (includes a washing line).
The house is on a quiet residential street, 5-10 minutes walk from Hanger Lane station (Central line), and 15 minutes from Park Royal station (Piccadilly line). We are looking for a non-smoking professional couple who are quiet and respectful as the room is in a family house with a shared entrance. We require a work reference.
Rent includes bills and fast WiFi.
Strictly no guests are allowed, to respect the privacy of the family, unless otherwise agreed prior with the landlord in exceptional circumstances.
The house is very close to ASDA and Sainsbury's superstores (5 min drive).
