I'm the current Tennant in this flat (have lived here 4 years)! My other housemate is moving away, and I'm looking to fill the large double room with 1 tenant who can split the rent for this 3 bedroom property.
**The third and smallest bedroom will remain unoccupied and can be shared as a guest bedroom/office/closet or whatever is agreed upon!**
It truly is a beautiful flat and I'm looking for someone who would like to make this their home. I'm a very clean and tidy person who is hoping to find someone likeminded and relaxed.
I work full time in digital marketing for a beauty company - working from home 3 days per week. I love to cook, spend time with friends, and explore London but am overall very easy going and looking for someone with a similar vibe and attitude to live with!
🚆- 3 minute walk to Jubilee Line
🛒 - 10 minute walk to big Sainsbury’s or 10 minute bus ride to Lidl
🌳 - 5 minute walk to Gladstone Park
