Looking for a tenant for short term sublet with potential to extend if the right fit. If extending for long term - deposit need to be paid.
2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat (so we have a bathroom each!) with shared open plan kitchen, living room, laundry and balcony.

Concierge on site and roof terraces & gardens. Convenience store directly across the road.
Looking for someone to fill the room from October first. Room is currently empty and used for storage and will be emptied proper to your move in :) I am super clean and tidy and would like the same in a flat mate too!
