Sadly one of our flatmates is moving and we are looking for someone new to take on the room.
You would be sharing the house with another 6 flatmates from different countries such as UK, Spain, Czech Republic, Columbia..
We are all very friendly, professionals and share similar values and respect for each others space. We are looking for clean, respectful, professional who would treat the house like home. In normal circumstances, we all work different times, travel a lot and don't spend that much time in however when we do we do look after the place.
To keep the house clean is essential to us.
We are also lucky to have really good and efficient landlord who is always ready to solve any house issues.
The house is located in quiet residential area with a few off licence shops on Burnley Road side of Dollis hill. It has large open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen, which had been renovated recently and has enough storage and space in the cupboards, fridges and freezer. There is a garden as well, perfect for summer BBQs.
The bedroom contains king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe. It is pretty spacious with views onto the garden and has en-suite bathroom. There is a fast Wifi, Virgin TV and Netflix which are included in the bills so are all the cleaning products.
The house is very well-connected transport-wise. The tube station, Dollis hill, which is on jubilee line is just on the other side of the road approximately 1min walk, which will get you to city centre between 15-25min... 15min bond street, 20min Oxford circus, Piccadilly circus 25min .. There is also bus stop 226 in front of the house which will take you to the Golders Green or Ealing Broadway, there is also a bus 98 on the other side of the track (5min walk) which will take you to Oxford street 98 is also a night bus which is leaving proximately every 15min from the centre or 52 which will take you to Notting Hill in 20min.
The house is non smoking (indoors). The room is available to view from 19th November and ready for someone to move in from 7th of December.
