Looking for a new housemate to fill room! (NW10)

£950pcm // £220pw not including bills

Our current housemate living in the large attic room is leaving in April for a job opportunity so we're looking for someone else to take over. She is happy to talk about her experience living with us! Room includes a private WC (does not include shower but shower/bath would be shared by one other person).
Ideally, we're looking for students (Masters/PhD) aged 21 - 30. We ourselves are PhD students in STEM fields at Imperial College London. We are open to non-students if they are happy to pay the council tax!

Good, quiet safe area a five minute walk maximum to Dollis Hill tube (zone 3 jubilee line) or a 10-15 minute walk from Willesden Green tube (zone 2/3 jubilee line), and nearby the 226 bus route. Lovely large park nearby, big Sainsbury’s 12 minute walk away and corner shops near the Dollis Hill tube station. Property is on the top two floors of a three floor building.

We're a nerdy, fun bunch who enjoy organised fun activities (board/video games, pub quizes, etc), gigs (music, comedy), and watching films together. We like being friends and close with housemates but also have our own separate social lives. Ewan and Asha have been housemates for four years now. We’re also friends with our downstairs neighbours and we often enjoy Mario Kart tournaments!

We've never had problems with cleanliness and hygiene - the communal areas (living room and kitchen) are well looked after.

Gas and election: set tariff of £41pmpp but likely go up with stupid inflation
