The room is currently occupied, so the photos don’t show it at its very best, but it’s a lovely space that will feel like home once it’s yours.

You’ll be sharing a bright bathroom and a kitchen-diner with two very chilled, friendly girls, both full-time professionals: one Japanese (25) and one half-German, half-Sri Lankan (27). One works from home, so ideally we’re looking for someone whose role is not primarily home-based, to maintain the balance in the household.

This home would really suit a first-time renter as well, as the atmosphere is nurturing, supportive, and easy-going. We value a considerate, trustworthy housemate who appreciates a calm and respectful living environment.

💷 Rent: £1,100 per month – inclusive of all bills and WiFi.

📍 Location: Excellent transport links. Just a 3-minute walk to Dollis Hill (Jubilee Line) – only 15 minutes to Bond Street, with the night tube at weekends. Willesden bus station is a 5-minute walk away, with buses to many destinations including year-round night services.
