En-suite affordable large room in NW10

Hey girls!
I'm looking for someone to move into the master en-suite loft bedroom starting October 17th. Rent is only £686.25
per month, plus bills which come to around £150 per month max. The room is 4X5 meters. Huge!
The room itself came unfurnished, so l'm also looking for someone to take the furniture for just £600. This includes:
• A vintage G Plan teak storage set with built-in lights
• A John Lewis mattress (only 4 months old) + deluxe mattress topper
• IKEA double bed + duvet
• Desk
• All in-built bathroom shelving + clothing rails
• Side desk
• All extra bedding
You'll be living with 3 lovely girls (ages 21-25). It's a quiet, chilled house where everyone keeps to themselves, with the occasional kitchen chat. The three girls have creative jobs related to producing, graphic design and magazines.
As it's the master room, you'll have your own en-suite bathroom and toilet. One other room also has an en-suite, while the remaining two housemates share the larger bathroom.
The house also has:
• A guest room (yes, a proper spare room!) available for visitors
• A garden
• A large shed (approx. 4x4m) currently used for storage, but it can easily be set up as an extra space.
All kitchen and household appliances eg pots, cups, cutlery are shared, so pretty easy to move in with everything already ready!

It's genuinely a great deal - I'm only moving out because my new job is too far away.
Based in NW10 London with Willesden Junction a 8 min walk away, and lots of shops, a big Tesco etc!
