Double Room in Willesden (Utilities included)

Hello In search of a tennant for the 3rd room in my home. The house is in an amazing location 5 min walk to Willesden Junction (Overground and Bakerloo lines). I am a 31 year old business development professional in the tech space. I am Canadian and been in the UK for 7 years. I am married and my husband lives out of town so I am gone most weekends, however there is the odd weekend where he is down and in the house. I currently have one tenant. She is 30 and is from Manchester. She works out of the house and is overall super easy going.

Looking for someone to rent our third bedroom for ideally 3-12months (very flexible on dates), ideally over the holidays as I will not be there! The bedroom has a small double bed, side table and large built in closet. Lots of space. There is a shared bathroom and a second toilet on the ground level. Two shared living spaces with one TV and a lovely garden space outside.

The rent includes all bills (wifi/utilities) and as well includes a bi-weekley cleaner. Ideally looking for someone who works outside of the house.
