This is a room share for 2 people moving in together (either 2 friends or a couple)
Rent is 455 £ per calendar month each person
This is not a room for single occupancy.
2 single beds or double bed will be provided.
BUDDY-UP ACCEPTED

3 different types of rental solutions:

FLEXIBLE STAY (Minimum stay 3 Months/NO Maximum):
- Deposit: 210 £ (each tenant)
- 1 month rent upfront: 455 £ (each tenant)
- Utility bills: 300 £ (each tenant, to pay upfront and only 1 time for the entire stay)

LONG STAY (Minimum 12 Months/NO Maximum):
- Deposit: 0 £
- 6 months rent upfront: 2'730 £ each tenant (Total Monthly rate 910 £)
- ALL BILLS INCLUDED

SHORT STAY (from 1 up to Maximum 3 months):
- Deposit: 210 £ (each tenant)
- Rent for the entire stay to be paid upfront (Monthly rate for each tenant 570 £)
