December and January let for only £600 per month

Hi,
I am letting one of my rooms for £600 per month (that’s a total of £1200 from 28th November 2025 to 24th January 2026). So ideally someone looking to just spend the holidays in London.
This includes all bills (heating, electricity, gas, wifi, water).
The bathroom is in the hallway and only you have access to it so it’s kind of an en-suite but the bathroom isn’t in the room.
It’s a 2 bedroom flat and the other room is occupied by a couple.
The rent and bills is typically £1350 total but since I will be leaving my stuff during that period, I know there will be less space for your own stuff so only fair I reduce the costs significantly.
There is an onsite gym that you will have access to included in your stay.
There is also a deposit of £600 required as there is a valuable item (TV in the room you will be staying in). There are cameras in the hallway of the building itself but just for extra precautions a deposit will be taken as well to ensure no items are stolen from the house. The deposit is returned once the space is checked that no items are missing.
The kitchen and sitting room are shared spaces with the couple as shown in the videos.
