We are looking for three people to take over our rooms in this lovely three-bedroom flat in Kensal Green, North West London come November! 🥳 The three of us are (sadly) leaving because we are moving in with respective friends and partners. Friends welcome! Pets are not allowed unfortunately:(

🏠 The 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat is recently refurbished and well maintained. Spacious, private, soundproof bedrooms as well as airy and open-plan kitchen and living room.
All rooms are furnished with a wardrobe and bed:)) Living room comes with a super comfy couch and a nice large table perfect for hosting or having a dinner all together!

🚇 Easy transport links: two Overground routes (Mildmay to Stratford, Richmond and Clapham Junction and Lioness Lines to Euston or Watford Junction) and Bakerloo Line at Willesden Junction as well as Kensal Green. Numerous bus routes from Willesden Junction and Kensal Rise: 18, 220, 186, 6, 52, etc.

🏬 Great amenities: King Edward VII Park and Roundwood Park a stone’s throw away. Westfield Shepard’s Bush(Waitrose, M&S, etc.) just one Overground stop away. Tescos in Kensal Rise as well as a Tesco Superstore and Iceland, as well as small cafes and numerous shops in Harlesden. Many lovely pubs and restaurants in Kensal Rise.
