Double room with private bath- North West London

We’re a friendly, professional couple offering a spacious double room with its own private bathroom and private balcony in our modern new-build flat in North West London.

The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed and mattress, work desk, wardrobe, and bedside table. It’s not en-suite, but you’ll have your own private bathroom and toilet, not shared with us. This room also has its very own balcony with pleasant views and an egg swing chair.

The flat is bright, cosy and welcoming with wonderful amenities including free off-street parking. It has an open-plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and a large laundry room with a washer-dryer. There’s also some extra storage space within the laundry room if needed

Our home is in an excellent location, just a five-minute walk to the nearest station, which offers direct trains to Elephant & Castle and Euston. It’s only 15 minutes to Paddington and about 20 minutes to Euston, from where you can reach King’s Cross St. Pancras with a 10-minute walk.

I'm usually away from Monday to Thursday for work and studies, and Sam mainly works from home. We’re mindful, respectful, and value privacy and a peaceful home life, and we’re looking for a tidy, considerate professional or student who shares similar values.
