Unfortunately our lovely flatmate is moving out and thus we are looking for a clean, tidy, friendly and responsible flatmate.

The room is a bright double large accomodation located on a ground floor and exit to a patio and garden.

There are only 3 x rooms including the one advertised here. This is a family environment, quiet and with both of us working.

The room is single occupancy and ideally a professional but students are also welcomed.

The room is fully furnished and lots of storage available.

There is a separate area with washing machine and subsequent access to the garden.

The property is located in a residential area with excellent public transport facilities nearby. Kensal Rise station is 10 minutes walk and Kensal Green station is 7 minutes walk. Quick and easy access to the centre Oxford Circus, south London e. g. Victoria and Clapham Junction, southwest london e. g. Richmond and East london via the overground in Kensal Rise to Stratford, and many more destinations within easy reach.

Both Westfield shopping centres are very easy to access, with the one in Shepherds being accessible by bus, train and walking.

We are looking for someone who is looking for a quiet place and adheres to the rules of the property.
