My partner and I look for another flatmate

Hey there!

My partner and I (male, 26 / female, 28) are moving into a new 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat from Folio Developments, along with our indoor cat, Sparrow 🐱. Originally, we were meant to share with a friend, but he’s decided to move abroad — so we’re now looking for someone new to join us!

The flat is in a brand-new building with lots of great features:
• Private garage
• Balcony
• Gym included
• Co-working spaces
• Conference room

The total rent is £2,125 per month, which we’d split fairly between us. (Bills aren’t included, unfortunately.)

We’ve already visited the place and absolutely love it — modern, bright, and super comfortable.

A bit about us: we’re both professionals, easygoing, respectful, and tidy. We love cooking, watching films, playing games, and occasionally hosting a nice dinner at home. We’re usually pretty quiet, but we enjoy good company and conversation.

We’re hoping to find a respectful, tidy female flatmate who’d get along well with us and Sparrow.
