A double room is available in a four-bed house in Dollis Hill.

The room comes with a double bed, big bay windows, a double wardrobe, and huge built-in alcove storage.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a lovely garden with wide bi-fold doors. You will have (almost) exclusive use of the bathroom next to the bedroom - other housemates use the bathroom toilet.

You’ll be sharing with one female and two males - all young professionals aged 26–27 - so we’re ideally looking for another female to keep the household balanced.

Rent is £962.50 pcm + bills, and we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks.

We’re a one-minute walk from Dollis Hill station on the Jubilee line, with around a 20-minute journey to Bond Street and 6-minutes to West Hampstead.

Move-in is in February, and we can be flexible on the exact date. The tenancy runs until September with the option to renew.
