There's a big kitchen/shared living space, two shared bathrooms and a terrace waiting for you in Dollis Hill! Your room is on the very top floor, with a very nice skylight window.
The house is equipped with all kinds of fun shenanigans from: washer and a nice big fridge and freezer combo (important!) to microwave, kettle, oven and so on (fun).
The other 4 beds are filled with three young professionals and one current post-graduate student. We love a good cooking session, developed an impressive mealprep habit throughout uni and actually mastered a working cleaning rota (wohooo!). We are all creative people and expert yappers, but also appreciate a moment of silence if needed.

Tenancy starts 1st of August.
Current rent is 865 / month (which may go up by a few pounds when the contract is renewed - we'll confirm with the agency ASAP; last year it went up by £15 per month). Rent is either payed 6 month up front or you need to have a UK guarantor.

Council tax is 48 / month
