Sunny Double Room in Fun All-Aussie House 🇦🇺

We’ve got a bright double room going in our 5-bed house in NW London, and we’re looking for a great new housemate to join us.

The room itself is a really good size with a double bed, loads of natural light, and a genuinely great view (golden hour hits nicely). You’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate, so it’s all pretty easy and low traffic.

The house:
We’ve got a big, social house with two living rooms (so you can either hang out or hide away when needed) and a great back garden that gets plenty of use when the weather behaves. The street is quiet, safe, and has a proper community feel – lots of young families around.

Us:
We’re a mixed house of 3 guys and 2 girls, all early/mid-20s, and of course – Aussies. It’s a pretty easygoing, social house – we’ll do the odd dinner, drink, or garden hang, but everyone also has their own thing going on.
Work-wise, there are 5 professionals (4 shift workers – paramedics – and 1 in business). Because of the shifts, the house is generally pretty chill during the week and respectful of noise/schedules.

Location:
10 min walk to Willesden Green (Jubilee Line)
20 min walk to Kensal Rise Overground (or quick bus/bike)
5 min walk to a big Sainsbury’s
Easy access into central + close to Queen’s Park/Notting Hill for weekends.

The boring but important bits:
£920/month (single) or £1000 (couple)
Bills usually £25–£50/month (depending on heating)

Available now – ideally looking for someone who can move ASAP
Lease runs until July 2027, with the option to extend

We’re after someone friendly, clean, and easy to live with. Someone who’s up for a chat in the kitchen but also respects people’s space.
