Flatmate wanted for musicians/creatives house

We are a house of professional musicians and creatives looking for someone to replace an outgoing tenant.

The available room is a cosy upstairs room with a double bed. While it’s one of the smaller rooms in the house, it works well for someone looking for an affordable base in a friendly and creative household.

The house has a large open-plan kitchen and living area, plus a garden that’s perfect for summer BBQs and relaxing. We’re a short walk from Willesden Junction, with excellent transport links via the Bakerloo line, Mildmay line and Lioness line.

We’re ideally looking for another musician or creative who’d enjoy living in a like-minded household. While the house is generally relaxed and everyone has their own thing going on, it is practice-friendly during reasonable hours.
