We are two female professionals (25 & 27) working in finance and are looking for a third housemate to join our beautiful apartment in North West London.

We’re both independent, sociable and enjoy travelling, concerts and festivals, trying new restaurants, exploring London and spending time with friends. We love having a peaceful, tidy home to come back to after busy weeks and would love to live with someone who feels the same.

Ideally you are:

• Female
• A professional in your mid to late 20s
• Hybrid (2 days wfh preferred) or office-based
• Respectful, considerate and tidy
• Looking for a home rather than simply a place to sleep
• Happy to chat, watch TV together or grab dinner, while also respecting everyone’s own space

Rent: £1,150 pcm
Bills: £100-150pm depending on season and usage
