The accommodation was built in 2002 and provides 89 en-suite rooms with shared facilities. Each room has a private bathroom and is centrally heated.

All the rooms are fully furnished and every room is provided with a television point, television ariel socket and door entry system. There is bicycle storage at the rear of the building.
The rent is inclusive of all bills except broadband which is charged separately.

The accommodation is available to working professionals however priority will be given to keyworkers.
The rent is inclusive of all bills, a standard room is £600.00 per month.
Viewings are held Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm.
No parking spaces are available on site
