The shared spaces aim to resonate with an individual's specific needs and simultaneously be neutral and organised. Communal/shared spaces include: drawing room; dining room; kitchen; two gardens; two bathrooms.

We hope to discover someone who appreciates organised shared spaces where residents can feel free to express themselves. Currently there are 2 European tenants and a Middle Eastern one. Their jobs range from the creative types to the meticulous type.

The rent includes bi-weekly cleaning of common areas all round the year. It also includes gardening services -as a courtesy- a few times in the summer.

The bills not included, comprises council tax (band E), water rates, gas, electricity, broadband and tv licence - charged separately and transparently. The average bill is £100- lower during the summer.

Located close to Gladstone Park (2 minutes walk) and Dollis Hill tube station on the Jubilee line (4 minutes walk).
