The kitchen is full equipped with all the usual modern conveniences. Tumble dry is not included and there will be a £3 per use. We expect fair usage of energy.
You will be sharing with 3 relaxed, friendly housemates from Europe (professionals) and SE Asia. The house enjoy our privacy and normally don’t socialise beyond a friendly “hi” when we see each other.
This room will suit a quiet, clean, considerate, tidy and non-smoking individual. If you have snoring issue, please look for alternative room.
We don’t allow visitors or overnight guests to avoid chaotic atmosphere. We work long days and enjoy peace and tranquility when we get home.
