Looking for an independent person for room only basis. Share of kitchen and garden and use of bathroom mainly for yourself.

Well maintained 3 bed, 2 bathroom home, all mod cons, the room over looks the garden.

You’ll be sharing with myself, my teenage son and our mini poodle, who’s non shedding and super friendly. .

I work from home, and prefer someone that goes out to work, with occasional home-working

Nice garden for socialising. Broadband, washing machine.

Not far from tube, buses and near high street with good pubs, restaurants, costa coffee and lots of shops.

Must be working full time and have references. No. Smokers only.
